HELP!!!! Potty training a 2 year old boy.

Ok, I have a 2 year old son who I am trying to potty train. Everytime I tell him its potty time and to sat on the pot, he cries. Now he is starting to say "I got to pee." I take him to the restroom and he does absolutely nothing!!! Did I tell you that he doesn't like to sat on the pot??!! He would rather use the big potty, so I bought him a child toilet seat to put on the toilet. When I put him on the big toilet, he starts to cry! I give him snacks and a book to try take him mind off of actually sitting there, but it is not working. My daughter did not give me a hard time with potty training, but my son is a whole other story. I am at my wicks end and need some help! Please feel free to leave me any advice that you think is helpful. I am all ears!
